To keep track of the Sales Team JAMNA has introduced a JAI Aftermarket App, the Sales Team has to login in App (No need to register in the app, get login details from the company) and App starts tracking with GPS. The sales team has been assigned a predefined daily, weekly rosters by their Head and accordingly need to visit the place to record the activities and submit the report at the end of the day. Head can monitor Sales Team live on Geo Maps and can know their location in real-time and track their real time performance with the help of tracking, this also helps and enable us to give credits to SO to perform daily activities. As per their activities they need to visit Retailers & Mechanics and ask set of pre-defined questionnaires to record, also App can record customer's information, Issues, scan coupons under scheme, search mechanic or retailers available in the market, the App gives them a strength to keep connected and assist Team to help Retailers and Mechanics
